Express networks price on volume weight with a divisor of 5000, not 6000, and add fuel, remote-area and duty charges on top. We show all of it on the quote, prepare the commercial invoice, and settle up front whether the sender or the receiver pays duties.

What we look at before a price leaves the desk.
Express networks charge the greater of actual weight and volume weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 5000), a stricter divisor than air freight. A light, bulky box can cost twice its scale weight, so we check the box size first.
Express takes pieces up to about 70 kg and about 120 cm on the longest side, depending on the network and the lane. Bigger or heavier goes as air freight, often for less.
Lithium batteries, perfume, aerosols and liquids are restricted or refused on express networks, and each network keeps its own list. We check before collection, not after a return.
The network clears the shipment at destination. We set on the waybill who pays duties and taxes, so the receiver is not asked for money at the door.
Fuel, remote area, oversize, address correction and duty handling are added by the networks and change often. Every quote names them and says how long it holds.

What shippers ask us.
- When is express better than air freight?
- Up to roughly 70 to 100 kg in total, express is usually faster and simpler. Above that, air freight is often cheaper and takes heavier pieces. When it is close, we price both.
- Can you collect today?
- That depends on the network's cut-off for your address. Tell us by midday and we say whether a same-day collection is possible.
- Do you deliver to private addresses?
- Yes. We need the receiver's phone number, and we settle duties in advance if you want a smooth delivery.
